Great mom and pop breakfast spot. Nothing special about the interior, but the food is good and plentiful. Some of the servers aren't the friendliest, but the food definitely shines.

I haven't been here in a while, and I noticed that I've never done a review. I decided to stop in for breakfast. After all these years, they still have the $6.95 ham and eggs breakfast. It's from 6 AM to 9 AM, Monday through Friday except for holidays. That's a very good deal. However, I decided to have an omelette. I ordered the turkey, spinach, and mushroom omelette. It was a big omelette, with four eggs. The eggs were done well, and there was a good amount of fillings. The turkey was moist, and flavorful. The coffee was very good, and they continued to come by to make sure my cup was full. The restaurant is run by an Indian family, so they do also have Indian food, although I'm not sure of the hours. I've had their Indian food before, and it is authentic, and very good. The only reason I'm taking off a star, is because I asked for fruit instead of potatoes, and there was a two dollar upcharge. Almost all other places I go to, they don't charge for replacing the potatoes with fruit. Is fruit really that much more expensive than potatoes? The other reason, is while though the omelette was good, I asked for light cheese. I got two big pieces of cheese, and instead of "regular" cheese, they gave me American cheese. It was OK, but I really don't care for the flavor of American cheese on an omelette. The price was reasonable, and Overall, it was a pretty good meal. I will be back. Thank you.

This was our first visit to Rosie's. We stopped in to this family run spot for breakfast last week. The space has some kitschy little touches like a silverware clock and outlet plug ins in the booths??? It could definitely benefit from a little face lift. Service was another area that could have used a little improvement. We were greeted and seated and then left to our own for a bit. The menu options are plentiful which is not always a good thing. The food was mostly hit or miss for us. The hash browns on the Benedict are very pretty but were left uneaten due to the stale grease taste. The scramble was pretty tasty. This is a 3.5 star review for us which I will round up for being a family run establishment.

Great service and good country food! Needs an update on interior. And a good paint job.

I love to stop and eat here when I'm in the Rancho Cordova / Mather Field part of town. The staff is very friendly, the food is very delicious, so far I've only ordered Omelettes, but one day I will order something different on the menu, there are so many different choices to choose from and I bet they all taste great. Thank you Rosie's Country Kitchen, my husband and I will be back soon.

Such a nice little breakfast experience here today with my mama. Love the customer service, the older man that works there was super sweet and kept coming to our table to refill our coffee. The food was good -- what you'd expect for a long-standing American breakfast diner and nothing more. The food was fresh and arrived quick.

They never disappoint! Food was great! Service was phenomenal! And an atmosphere for a party of 10 with 2 babies was no problem. Love this place!
